Lindsay Lohan has confirmed she is engaged to boyfriend Bader Shammas.
The actress took to her social media accounts to share the happy news with her 2.27 million Instagram followers.
“So proud to announce that me and my fiance @BaderShammas got engaged over the holidays,” she said in the post. “Our love has only grown stronger from our last holiday. He is the most amazing man and I am so lucky to call him my fiance.”
Lohan had previously announced in September last year that the duo had been dating since July. In August, she described Shammas as “very, very special.”
It’s not the first time that Lohan has sought romance on social media.
When she broke up with her father in 2015, she also began dating, naming Shammas, after the Lebanese Prime Minister, Aoun “Bader” Shaban.
The “Mean Girls” star has had her fair share of relations since. Her most infamous one was relationship with British man O.C. Cordero, nicknamed Fergie, whom she dated in 2014-2015.
She was previously engaged to Russian model Egor Tarabasov.
